Condition of Sale

1. PRICES:

All prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and can change at any time.
all website prices listed are including VAT.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Acceptable means of payment: EFT
Goods will only be released once payment is cleared in our bank account.

4. PLACING ORDERS:

Please email all orders to sales@bigoffice.co.za

5. RETURNS POLICY:

Goods returned within 7 days in its original condition will be refunded.
Dissatisfied returns within 7 days with all packaging intact, will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
Returns after 7 days or within the warranty period, due to malfunction will be replaced with a new machine.

6. ORDERS AWAITING PAYMENT:

Orders awaiting payments will only be retained for 2 days and thereafter returned to stock.

7. WARRANTIES:

Warranties on all goods are as per manufacturers warranty.
Warranties are "BRING IN" or "PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE" (Free collection only available on Rexel and Fellowes brands)
Warranties will be void if machine is found to be tampered, damaged, inferior consumables used or not maintained
as per manufacturers recommendation.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery time is normally 3 to 5 days if stock is available. When there is no stock available in South Africa the estimated delivery time 2 to 12 weeks.

9. SAME DAY COLLECTION:

For same day collection, an immediate EFT payment must be made to our bank account. With a standard EFT payment, collection can only be done the next business day. (The most important the money should reflect in our bank account.)
If you accept the terms, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice for payment and a collection slip.
